Industry Registration
What is ANCO’s Industry Registration policy?
At ANCO, we strive to foster meaningful connections and facilitate valuable interactions among participants at our meetings. To ensure a fair distribution of attendance and provide an opportunity for various stakeholders to participate and engage with the cancer care community at large, industry registrations for our meetings are intentionally limited.Industry Registrations are limited to a maximum of three representatives per company, from companies who are not exhibiting at the meeting, with a maximum of 15 companies.
This policy is contingent upon meeting registrations and venue capacity. If we do have additional space, we will accept more representatives.
How does the ANCO Industry Registration waitlist approval process work?
• ANCO meetings have spots for up to 45 industry registrations, outside of exhibitors (only exception is MMC, as we go up to 120 Industry).
• Once all exhibitors have confirmed their registrants, ANCO will determine how many industry registration spots are available, and will review the waitlist.
• Six weeks prior to the meeting starting, ANCO will begin approving industry registrations from the waitlist, priority will be given to industry representatives who are not exhibiting.
• Two weeks prior to ANCO meetings, ANCO will review the remaining waitlisted industry registrations. If additional space is available, ANCO may approve up to three additional industry registrations per company on the waitlist.
