- Regular Membership dues are $425 per physician per year. Regular membership is open to those individuals who practice in California or adjacent States and are either Board qualified or Board eligible in Medical Oncology, Pediatric Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Surgical Oncology, or Hematology. Members have the right to vote for the election of Directors, serve on Committees, and hold elected office; to attend membership meetings and meetings of the Board; and, to attend ANCO educational meetings and receive the Directory of Members, other publications, and participate in ANCO membership benefit programs.
- Group Membership Members in group practices are eligible for group membership discounts. The third and additional ANCO members from a group practice where all physicians join ANCO pay membership dues of $325, a 25% discount. For example, all three individuals in a three-physician group practice join ANCO. Using the group practice discount, total membership dues for the group are $1175, or $425+$425+$325, not $1275, or $425+$425+$425. Please note that this discount is only available to regular members when all physicians in a group practice join ANCO.
- Government Service Membership dues are $125. Government Service membership in ANCO is open to physicians that are employed by the Federal, State, or a local government (e.g., military) in the full-time practice of oncology or hematology.
- Retired Membership dues are $125. Retired membership in ANCO is open to physicians that are retired from the full-time practice of oncology or hematology. ANCO is a 501(c)(6) tax-exempt organization and, as such, membership dues are not a charitable deduction but may be considered a business expense.
Membership dues must be recieved for the application to be processed.

Dues are based on the type of membership requested less any applicable discounts. Membership dues paid after July 1st are applied to the balance of the current year and the entire following year.
