Hematologic Malignancies Updates: Leukemias, Lymphomas, & Myeloma 2021

The faculty will present the latest research on treatment modalities for hematologic malignancies—leukemias, lymphomas, and myeloma—along with case studies for these diagnoses.

The program takes place on November 6th at the Hyatt Regency Embarcadero San Francisco, with Case Presentations from UC San Francisco. Presentations begin at 9:00 am. The program will conclude by 12:30pm

HEALTH AND SAFETY

All in-person attendees at the ANCO’s Hematologic Malignancies Update must be fully vaccinated* against COVID-19 by the time of the Symposium.  If you cannot or choose not to comply with ANCO’s health and safety protocols, we regret that at this time you will not be able to attend this meeting.

Proof of vaccination is required; ANCO will notify registered attendees prior to the Symposium of the accepted method(s) of vaccination validation.

By attending the ANCO’s Hematologic Malignancies Update in person, you are confirming that you:

  • Are fully vaccinated
  • Are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov
  • Are not under any self-quarantine orders
  • Acknowledge and will abide by all applicable regulations and health and safety protocols

*“Fully vaccinated” means that either three weeks have passed since receiving the second dose of an FDA- or WHO-authorized double-dose COVID-19 vaccine or that three weeks have passed since receiving the one dose of an FDA- or WHO-authorized single-dose COVID-19 vaccine.

ANCO is committed to maintaining the health and safety of all ANCO’s Hematologic Malignancies Update attendees. We will be reviewing the latest Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization guidelines as well as industry best practices. ANCO will be closely coordinating with the hotel, and actively monitoring local conditions, risk factors, and applicable laws, regulations, and guidance. Because these factors are frequently changing, we will continue to update this page as new guidance is released.

Venue

  • The Hyatt Regency San Francisco will be monitoring and following the CDC, WHO, and local health department’s guidelines. Please visit the Hyatt’s website for detailed information about the steps Moscone is taking to protect meeting attendees.

Masks

  • All in-person attendees are required to wear masks while attending the Symposium. This policy may change if local conditions and public health requirements change.

Hand Sanitizer

  • Hand sanitizing stations will be available in multiple locations throughout the hotel for all attendees to use.

Individual Accountability

  • By choosing to attend any in-person component of an Event, you agree to comply with all safety protocols ANCO and/or the Event venue may have in place. In order to preserve a safe environment, should any Participant fail to comply with such protocols, ANCO may take immediate steps including but not limited to denial of entrance to the Event or removal of the non-compliant Participant from the Event. Unless otherwise determined by ANCO in its sole discretion, any Participant who is denied access/entrance to or removed from an Event based on this Policy will not be eligible for a refund of any registration fees paid for access/entrance to or participation in the Event.
