California’s proposed FY2020 budget includes a value-based payment incentive to providers through Medi-Cal managed care plans for meeting specific measures aimed at improving care for certain high-cost or high-need populations. The California Department of Health Care Services will discuss how they selected the proposed measures, the measure payment method, and purpose of the measures.
