Physician Membership Application

Membership Levels

●     Regular Membership ($425/year): Open to Board-qualified/eligible oncology physicians in California or adjacent states. Includes full voting rights, committee eligibility, and access to all meetings and publications.

●     Group Membership ($325/year): This 25% discount applies to the third member and beyond, provided ALL  physicians in the group join.  For example, the total dues for a three-physician practice are $1,175 (a savings of $100).

●     Government Service Membership ($125/year): Open to physicians employed full-time by federal, state, or local government (e.g., military).

●     Retired Membership ($125/year): Open to physicians retired from full-time practice.

Important Details

●     For new members only: dues paid after July 1st cover the rest of the current year and all of the next.

●     Tax Status: ANCO is a 501(c)(6) tax-exempt organization and, as such, membership dues are not a charitable deduction but may be considered a business expense.

●     Payment: Make checks payable to Association of Northern California Oncologists and mail to 4225 Solano Ave, #764, Napa, CA 94558.
